Detailed Problem Description
Whenever a valid TAS order or any item in it is rejected and then again this rejection is removed, the BW extractor itself is not able to pick the right values. Due to these changes, negative values are being updated to BW. This causes the valid open orders to have negative quantity & rejected quantity to have double quantity than the order quantity, causing the valid open orders to get deleted from the Open Order source & also the reports. This can be observed in the below screenshot:
In the above for item 60, there is a rejection reason value Z2, but still there is open Qty -250 & Rejected Qty double the open qty 500.
Solution Analysis and Recommendations
Due to the rejection reason changes in Sales order, the changes were not captured by the extractor. Need to do a check by doing a full load of single order.
The full load of the order & its Billing documents picks up the changes correctly as seen above.
Resolution
By doing the full load of all the 91 orders & their corresponding billing documents, the issue is resolved. Please find the attached spreadsheet for the list of Sales orders & its billing documents loaded in BPP.
